Dear friends, here are some tips to beat the beast! Hope these help you in the process!

First of all, make a timetable to organize your revision @ day, i.e. what of which subject/subjects you’re going to tackle each day and on which time. This will surely help you to set out the whole syllabus in small portion, making the whole exercise easy and less panicky.

While revising a chapter, highlight key points you wish to remember.

Make your small notes of the important formula, points, etc. to facilitate last minute glimpse.

Make sure to take a break after every 45 -60 minutes. Simply leave study table after every 45 minutes, take a walk, grab some munch, roam around etc. And then come back to your seat. In this way you will be able to concentrate more on your work on hand.

Going through some previous years’ exam papers or even answering some in exam conditions can help you to calm your nerves.

Draw mind-maps to see the larger pictures.

Listen some music every day, whenever you feel like! Music soothes our nerves.

Avoid social media as much as possible, for this is a huge detractor.

Stick to healthy diet. You should avoid all sorts of junk food completely, on which you can always indulge yourself, once the exam is over.

Drink lots of water to keep your body well hydrated.

Most Important:- Take proper rest. As they say, the most productive brains are those that rest properly too.

All the best!
